Installation and Debugging

- Preparation: Clean the installation site to ensure it is spacious, dry, and well-ventilated. Prepare necessary tools and materials. Check whether all components of the equipment are complete and undamaged according to the instruction manual.
- Equipment Installation: Assemble each component correctly as per the equipment's installation requirements. Connect the circuit, air path, water path, and other systems securely to ensure no leaks.
- Equipment Debugging: Power on and supply air (if applicable), run the equipment without load, and check the operation of components such as motors, conveyor belts, and molds. Adjust parameters like speed, pressure, and temperature to achieve normal working conditions. Then conduct a trial production to check the equipment's adaptability to materials and the quality of produced cans, and further adjust the equipment parameters.

Operator Training

- Theoretical Training: Explain the equipment's working principles, structure, performance characteristics, operation methods, and safety precautions to operators, so that they have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment.
- Practical Operation: Allow operators to carry out actual operations under the guidance of technicians, familiarize themselves with the operation procedures such as starting, running, and stopping the equipment, and master parameter adjustment and common fault handling methods. Improve operators' proficiency and skills through repeated practice.

Daily Use and Maintenance

- Production Operation: Operators should follow the operation procedures, strictly control various parameters in the production process, such as material specifications, equipment running speed, and pressure, to ensure the quality of produced cans meets requirements. Meanwhile, observe the equipment's operation status and stop the machine immediately to handle any abnormalities.
- Daily Maintenance: Regularly clean the equipment to remove dust, oil, and debris from its surface. Check whether all components of the equipment are securely connected and whether lubrication points are short of oil. Tighten loose components and add lubricating oil in a timely manner. Inspect vulnerable parts of the equipment, such as molds, conveyor belts, and cutters, and replace those with severe wear promptly.

Safety Management

- Safety System Development: Establish perfect equipment safety operation procedures and management systems, clarify operators' safety responsibilities and operation specifications, and require strict compliance.
- Safety Protection: Install necessary safety protection devices on the equipment, such as guardrails, safety doors, and emergency stop buttons, to ensure operators' safety. Meanwhile, provide operators with necessary personal protective equipment, such as safety helmets and gloves.

During the use of second-hand canning equipment, strictly follow relevant requirements for operation and maintenance to extend the equipment's service life and improve production efficiency and product quality.
